OH MM GE

So I joined a gym today. This is of course my new years resolution (like 50% of the cities population apparently). College, especially the last two years, has a way of making you gain weight. Especially when you do a computer science degree and you are working 18+ hours a day sleeping on couches in the senior lounge, etc. I was always a skinny kid, and I don't really think Im fat now...but definitely could use some personal trainer kicking my ass to get fit. Remember boys and girls: guys don't make passes at boys with fat asses

I picked this gym because its fucking awesome! It has an indoor pool (w/ hot guys), an indoor track (w/ hot guys), racketball, basketball, spin class, and a huge weight room (w/ loads of hot guys).

So I spoke with the personal trainer, and one is this super friendly ripped black girl who I can tell would be a great motivating trainer. The other is this really cute guy named John Homosexual (or something...I don't remember his last name; in fairness its probably not homosexual). I really wanted the girl, just because I feel I relate to girls better, but she only does morning clients. So I get John. Don't get me wrong John is hot and cute and has a degree in kinosyn...something so he clearly knows whats going on; but I don't relate to jock guys well and I think Ill be really awkward and self-conscious around him. Plus working out really puts you in some unflattering positions :-)

None the less its a f'ing meat-tastic smorgesboard of man in there. I'm going to be careful- gym shorts don't hide your intentions too well :-/

Im really excited about it! Can't you tell- I have the enthusiasm of a 14 year old girl getting to meet the Jonas Brothers! (OMG!!!!!) and its reflected in my speech too... a bit odd really. I'll go back to boring, intellectual Steve tomorrow.
