On my way to see Death Cab for Cutie in Nashville! I saw them here in Memphis a few weeks ago, and it was a great show. This will be like the 4th or 5th time Ive seen them. Also its my 5th show this year...whew :-) I am a big fan of music, but might want to cut back...this is getting expensive! Although if I were to move to Austin, TX (where the music scene is 10x what it is here), I would certainly go broke.
Wish me luck-- its really rainy, and I'll be getting back in town around 3AM with work tomorrow... not looking forward to that at all :-(

Whoa! That's pretty epic mate, have a great time.
Just like in any enconomy, a surplus of supply drives down market prices.
When SXSW was going on, you could stumble around downtown, and EVERY SINGLE bar that wasn't a part of the official festival had a band playing. Most of them were good. All were free.
