Which QAF character are you?

The US Queer as Folk that was on Showtime is 'required watching' for gay/bi folk. The show is especially important to me. It started airing when I started high school, and I have very fond memories of awkwardly sneaking around my parents' house recording it on VHS...which are still around here somewhere...

Anyways I was chatting with Nic, and he mentioned that I was most like Michael. Michael is kind of a 'nice guy', who is loyal and caring. I always considered myself more like Ted: professional, workaholic, and has a taste for the more 'refined' things of life (fine wine, music, etc).

So I took an online quiz--what could be more precise! And surprisingly, it looks like Nic knows me better than me, because the quiz has spoken: I am Michael Novotny.

Wow- I just noticed this quiz is on Teen Nick! Is Teen Nick airing QAF-- that would be...interesting :-) Here's the quiz if anyone is bored out of their skull and wants to try: Which QAF Character Are You?

On a more personal note, I feel like I've been in a christmas miracle movie recently: I think both of my xmas bonuses are coming through (this is awesome-- like 20% of my salary), and I just formally signed paperwork with a new company! So needless to say, if those bonus checks come in this week-- we are going to go nuts in Atlanta next week celebrating!!

Much Love,
Steve

lol I've never seen Q/F but I agree that would be something to see on Teen Nick

Just imagine heads exploding from gay sex on kids T.V.

Dude, congrats on getting a kick-ass bonus in a down economy! :-)

We don't do X-mas bonuses; they're in April for some reason. So far the best I've gotten in a single year is ~15%, but that's adding together all the baby bonuses that came through the year.

I never saw myself as a character in the show, but believe the best actor among ensemble, and, in may ways the most appealing character, is Emmett. If you watch him closely you will see that even his subtlest expression is pitch perfect.

I've never seen the show, but another blogger recently mentioned "Queer Duck" the cartoon which I think played before or after the episodes. And it's HYSTERICAL!!

I suppose that makes me the queer duck. Which is fitting.

Congrats on the bonuses and job success!!!

Cheers,
